Who We Are
A voluntary service organization of professional Muslim women. Non-political, non-sectarian, dedicated to serving underserved groups, especially women and children. Registered under Companies Act, 1963 (Act 179)
Our Vision
To have a well-structured network of professional Muslim women who will promote socio-economic empowerment in Muslim communities.
Our Mission
To develop the potentials of women, the youth and other less served groups, through educational, counselling, mentoring and other programmes.
Our Story
Evolved from FOMWAG (2014) into a registered NGO, undertaking prison outreach, school mentorships, marriage seminars, and leprosarium support. Founding members and patrons laid the foundation for impactful community transformation.
Goal
To contribute towards improving the lot of the underserved, especially women and children in Ghana.
Key Objectives
Carry out programmes for underserved Muslims, sensitize on Islamic/socio-economic issues, and liaise with local/international organizations.
